Overview

The Crystal Quest Atmospheric Storage Tank Kits (165–550 GAL) are designed to provide high-capacity water storage for reverse osmosis systems, ensuring a consistent and reliable supply of purified water in demanding applications.

Unlike pressurised bladder tanks, atmospheric tanks store water at ambient pressure and utilise a dedicated delivery pump to supply water when needed. This configuration is ideal for systems with higher flow rates or continuous usage requirements.

Engineered for durability and performance, these tank kits are suitable for commercial, industrial, and high-demand environments.

Key Features

High-capacity water storage for demanding applications

Includes dedicated delivery pump for consistent water pressure

Non-pressurised design reduces system stress and improves longevity

Seamless inner shell for corrosion resistance and durability

Fiberglass-wrapped construction for strength and lightweight performance

Multiple plumbing connection options for flexible installation

Designed for optimal system integration and efficiency

Suitable for new installations and system upgrades

Construction & Materials

Tank Body: UV-stabilised polyethylene (BPA-free)

Reinforcement: Epoxy-covered fiberglass filament winding

Internal Structure: Seamless corrosion-resistant inner shell

Connections: PVC inlet/outlet connections for flexible integration

Tank Capacity Options

165 Gallon Tank (Compact option)

220 Gallon Tank (Recommended for 500–2500 GPD systems)

500 Gallon Tank (Recommended for 4000–50000 GPD systems)

Tank selection should be based on system output and water demand.

Compatibility

For higher-capacity systems, larger tank sizes are strongly recommended to ensure optimal performance.

Application

Atmospheric storage tanks are used in reverse osmosis systems requiring larger storage volumes and consistent water delivery.

They are ideal for:

Commercial and industrial applications

High-demand or continuous-use systems

Multi-point water usage environments

Important Notes

Atmospheric tanks are supplied as complete kits, including a dedicated delivery pump.

A pump is required for operation, as these tanks are not pressurized.

Bladder and atmospheric tank configurations are not used together.

Tank size should be selected based on demand, not just system size.
