Returns
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.
Items must be in new condition with no missing parts or accessories.
Returns must receive prior authorization before being shipped back.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to additional charges where permitted by applicable law.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before returning any item to request return authorization.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products and manufacturer policies, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
Commercial, industrial, or custom-configured reverse osmosis systems.
Special-order or custom-built products.
Filter cartridges, membranes, deionization (DI) media, and other consumable items.
Installed, used, modified, or damaged equipment.
Certain products may also become non-returnable once they have been processed, shipped, installed, or used due to manufacturer restrictions or product configuration requirements.
Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product, manufacturer policies, and the condition of the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photographs of both the product and its packaging.
Retain all original packaging materials whenever possible.
For freight deliveries, we recommend inspecting the shipment upon arrival before accepting delivery whenever possible. If visible damage is present, please note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us promptly.
We will work with you, the carrier, and the manufacturer, where applicable, to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for:
Incorrect product selection.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Compatibility issues resulting from improper product selection, application, or installation.

Refunds
