Returns & Refunds

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
  • Items must be in new condition with no missing parts
  • Returns must be approved prior to shipment

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Commercial, industrial, or custom-configured reverse osmosis systems
  • Special-order or custom-built products
  • Filter cartridges, membranes, DI media, and other consumable items
  • Installed, used, modified, or damaged equipment

Certain products may become non-returnable once processed, shipped, installed, or used due to manufacturer restrictions and product configuration requirements.

Return Costs & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product type, manufacturer policies, and condition of the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • Retain all original packaging materials where possible

We will work with the carrier and supplier to assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all order details, including product selection and shipping information, are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Compatibility issues resulting from improper application or installation

Professional Installation

Many of our products are intended for professional or commercial use and may require installation by a qualified technician. Improper installation, misuse, or modification may void eligibility for returns, refunds, or manufacturer warranty coverage.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection and acceptance of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
