Overview
The Crystal Quest Mid-Flow Reverse Osmosis System (500–1000 GPD) is engineered to deliver high-purity water for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and laboratory applications where reliability and consistent water quality are essential.
Designed for medium-capacity operations, this system offers flexible configuration options and dependable performance for controlled environments. Its modular design allows seamless integration into existing workflows while maintaining efficiency and ease of use.
Pump Configuration Options
This system is available with two pump configurations depending on your application requirements:
Brass Rotary Vane Pump → cost-effective and suitable for general applications
Stainless Steel Rotary Pump → enhanced durability and corrosion resistance for demanding or high-purity environments
Selecting the appropriate pump ensures optimal system performance and longevity.
System Configuration Options
These systems can be configured based on water demand, storage requirements, and available space. Multiple storage tank options are available:
Bladder (Pressure) Tank Configuration (20–40 GAL)
A compact, pressurized storage solution ideal for moderate demand applications.
Best suited for
Systems up to ~1000 GPD
Intermittent usage
Space-restricted installations
Atmospheric Storage Tank Options (with Pump)
Atmospheric tanks store water at ambient pressure and require a delivery pump (included in tank kits). Multiple tank sizes are available depending on system size and demand:
165 Gallon Tank
Compact option
Suitable for lower demand or space-limited setups
Can be used with higher GPD systems but offers limited storage capacity
220 Gallon Tank (Recommended for 500–2500 GPD systems)
Balanced storage capacity
Ideal for most commercial and mid-flow applications
Provides stable performance under moderate to high demand
500 Gallon Tank (Recommended for 4000–7000 GPD systems)
High-capacity storage solution
Designed for continuous or high-demand applications
Ensures consistent supply during peak usage
Key advantages of atmospheric systems
Large storage capacity
Consistent pressure with pump assistance
Suitable for high-demand and multi-user environments
Important
Atmospheric tanks include a dedicated delivery pump.
Bladder and atmospheric configurations are not used together.
Tank selection should be based on demand, not just system size.
Standalone System
Suitable for direct-use applications or integration into existing pressurized systems without additional storage.
