Overview
The Crystal Quest High-Flow Reverse Osmosis Systems (10,000–50,000 GPD) are engineered to deliver ultra-high purity water for demanding applications, including hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biochemistry laboratories, and industrial healthcare environments.
Designed for continuous commercial and industrial water purification applications, these systems provide scalable high-capacity performance while remaining serviceable and configurable for demanding environments.
Control Panel & Connectivity Options
High-Flow Reverse Osmosis Systems are supplied with the Crystal Quest C-150 Microprocessor Controller as standard, providing reliable day-to-day system operation, monitoring, and automatic process control.
Customers may upgrade to the Crystal Quest C-200 Microprocessor Controller, which offers enhanced automation, monitoring, fault protection, and expanded operational functionality for demanding commercial and industrial applications.
Both controller options are available with optional Ethernet connectivity, enabling remote monitoring, network integration, and facility management capabilities.
Available Controller Configurations
- Standard C-150 Microprocessor Controller
- Standard C-150 Microprocessor Controller + Ethernet
- C-200 Microprocessor Controller
- C-200 Microprocessor Controller + Ethernet
Recommended Storage Configuration
Due to the high production capacity of these systems, atmospheric storage tanks with pump systems are recommended to ensure proper operation and consistent water delivery.
Atmospheric Storage Tank Systems
Atmospheric tanks store purified water at ambient pressure and utilise a dedicated delivery pump to supply water when needed.
Recommended configurations:
220 Gallon Tank → suitable for mid-range high-flow systems
Good for:
- Moderate-demand installations
- Intermittent usage
- Space-conscious setups
- Lower-end high-flow systems
500 Gallon Tank → recommended for continuous or high-demand applications
Better for:
- Continuous operation
- Larger facilities
- High-demand applications
- Multi-user environments
- Larger-capacity high-flow systems
Key advantages
- High-capacity storage
- Stable and consistent water supply
- Designed for continuous operation
Important
Atmospheric storage tank systems include a dedicated delivery pump for consistent water distribution.
Bladder (pressure) tanks are not suitable for high-flow systems of this capacity.
