Overview

The Crystal Quest 11–75 GPM Demineralizing (DI) Water Filtration System is a commercial water treatment system designed to reduce dissolved ionic contaminants and produce high-purity demineralized water for applications requiring low mineral content.

The Manual Upflow configuration provides straightforward manual operation without requiring an automatic control cycle. The appropriate manual control head and connection size are supplied according to the selected system configuration.

Manual – Downflow with Backwash

The Manual Downflow with Backwash configuration provides manual system operation together with backwash capability. The appropriate control head and connection size depend on the selected system capacity.

Demineralization media has a finite treatment capacity. Service life depends on factors including feed-water chemistry, dissolved ion concentration, water consumption and required product-water quality.

Replacement or regeneration requirements therefore vary between installations. For applications with strict water-purity requirements, product-water quality should be monitored to determine the appropriate servicing or media replacement interval.

Compatible replacement media and components should be selected according to the specific system configuration.
